New Sod Installation & Lawn Sprinkler System Renovation

A Better Garden Maintenance, llc was asked to provide a bid for the Clarke family in the city of Arvada, Colorado. They request was an estimate to remove the mixed varieties of weeds & turf, amend & rototill the soil, renovate their lawn sprinkler system, install a drip system, and install new turf grass. This was all completed along with a Rain Sensor which turns off the controller of the lawn sprinkler system during heavy rain storms.

New Mulch in the Perennial Garden Beds covers up the newly installed drip sprinkler system and livens up the whole Landscape.
